Privacy policy

We use company name, name, email, enquiry type and message, and an optional phone number to respond. Partnership enquiries also collect partnership type, operating region and capabilities. Optional country or region, preferred reply language, and adoption details about material, width, speed and inspection issues are also used to respond.

We use company and contact details, role, email, optional phone number, and submitted process, output, inspection, defect, loss, equipment, integration and deployment information for assessment and consultation. Responses and submission time are stored in Notion and emailed to our team. Optional material and installation photos are emailed to our team through Resend for consultation; they are not stored in Notion or separate file storage. Photos are retained for one year from collection, and the person responsible deletes the relevant emails at expiry or upon a deletion request.

Company name, email, process selection, calculation inputs, assumptions and results are used to prepare and email the report and support follow-up consultation. Emails are sent to the requester and our internal team.

Enquiry, questionnaire and report-request information is retained for one year from collection. At expiry or upon a deletion request, the person responsible checks and manually deletes relevant emails and Notion records. Website analytics are subject to the separate retention periods below.

IP addresses and request times are used temporarily in server memory to limit repeated enquiry and report requests. Form start times and bot-detection fields also help detect automated requests. Website access and error logs are retained in Microsoft Azure for 30 days for service operation and troubleshooting, then deleted.

Resend sends enquiry and questionnaire notifications and report emails. Notion stores questionnaire responses. Microsoft Azure hosts the website and processes requests; Google Analytics provides website analytics. We do not use an additional CRM or forward enquiries to external partners.

Cross-border processing locations, transferred data, timing, methods and retention will be checked against actual contracts and account settings before the final notice is issued.

Google Analytics processes page visits, usage environment and cookie identifiers to help us understand website usage. Event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new user activity resets the user-data retention period. Cookie expiry is separate from analytics retention and will be specified after the actual tag settings are verified.

Contact the privacy email below to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. The person responsible will verify the request and your identity before handling it.

Required information and consent details are shown on each form. Refusing consent may prevent the relevant enquiry, questionnaire or emailed report service.

Access, retention and use of customer production data are governed by separate written agreements. Submitting a website enquiry does not constitute consent to use production data for model improvement.
