We handle production information within agreed boundaries.

We define data flows and access around on-site inspection and operator review. The scope of production images, inspection results and roll records is discussed for each deployment.

Cloud services and remote access depend on the service, permissions and data agreement. Connections and access scope are agreed separately during deployment.

Processing needed to provide the service is separate from optional contributions for model and workflow improvement. Data items, purposes, retention and participation or withdrawal terms are agreed separately.

Storage location, retention, access rights and return or deletion procedures for production data are agreed with the customer in writing. We do not assume one retention period or connection model for every site.
