AutoBrics Inspection Software

Software connecting defect detection, operator review and per-roll reports from images captured by AutoVision hardware.

How It Works

Connect capture through reporting in one workflow.

After reviewing material and inspection conditions, we connect capture, detection, operator review and per-roll records. Today's working prototype demonstrates this on plain, single-color nonwovens.

  1. CAPTURE

    Capture — AutoVision hardware

Configure cameras, lighting and on-site computing for the material and inspection point.

    • Check the surface, working width and inspection point
    • Review imaging conditions for site lighting and space
    • Review operating speed and target defect size together
  2. DETECTION

    Detection — AutoBrics

Software running on site shows potential defects and positions on the inspection screen.

    • Review potential defects and positions found during inspection
    • Review the scope for the material and inspection goals
    • Pass detection results to operator review
  3. REVIEW

    Review — Operator checks

Operators enlarge potential-defect images and review them alongside inspection records.

    • Enlarge potential-defect images for review
    • Check inspection positions alongside related records
    • Agree how review results may support later improvements
  4. REPORT

    Reports — Per-roll records

Organize defect images and positions by roll so inspection results can be reviewed again.

    • Link rolls, defect images and positions in one record
    • Confirm criteria for the material and buyer requirements
    • Review output formats and follow-up workflow integration
Inspection records and review results support material settings and future model improvements. Changes undergo validation and the agreed rollout process.

Live Inspection

Review potential defects and positions on site.

See potential defects and positions as fabric passes. The working prototype currently covers plain, single-color nonwovens. New materials require a review of surface and inspection requirements to define their scope.

  • Confirm the inspection scope for material and operating conditions
  • See potential defects and positions on the inspection screen
  • Connect operator review with per-roll records

Smart Data Engine

Keep inspection photos and review records together.

Organize photos by roll and link operators' review results. Revisit inspection history and use it for material settings and future model improvements within the agreed scope.

Trusted Quality

Per-roll quality records to review with buyers.

AutoCertificate organizes per-roll results and 4-Point scores as quality records. Assessment criteria and report items are confirmed for the material and buyer requirements.

  • Automatic 4-Point scoring; confirm material-specific criteria
  • Organize defect positions and images by roll
  • Agree report items and sharing formats

Why Records

Inspection records help you respond to quality issues.

When a buyer raises a claim after shipment, you need to find which defects were observed on which roll. Keeping results and images together lets you review what was checked at the time.

Keep a record of what was checked

Visual and sample inspection alone make it hard to retrace which areas were checked. Records need to link rolls and defect positions.

Include images in the record

Keep defect images alongside handwritten results so staff can review the condition observed during inspection.

Align criteria with buyers

Confirm buyers' assessment criteria and report items, then organize records in a format both sides can review.

Inspection records are reference material when reviewing quality issues. Assessment criteria and use depend on trading terms and the agreed implementation scope.

Architecture

Connecting on-site inspection, data and operations.

We are preparing an architecture with on-site inspection, customer-specific inspection management and central operations. This is a design direction; available features, connectivity and retention scope are confirmed at deployment.

On-site inspection

AutoBrics on-site software is designed to handle capture control, AI detection, operator review and local storage.

Customer-specific inspection management

Separate inspection services and databases for each customer are designed to manage LOTs, rolls, defects, classification and reports.

Central operations

This area manages device status, accounts, permissions and distribution of approved models, settings and software.

  • On-site → customer inspection management: defect records and image paths
  • Central operations → on-site: approved models, settings and updates

The design sends defect images from the site to cloud file storage after authorization, while defect records and image paths are managed in each customer’s inspection database.

Planned architecture. Inspection data synchronization is separate from data use for model improvement. Access, retention and use are agreed in writing in advance.
RoleScope to confirm before deployment
On-site inspectionAutoBrics on-site software is designed to handle capture control, AI detection, operator review and local storage.Confirm capture synchronization, on-site computing, storage capacity and inspection conditions.
Customer-specific inspection managementSeparate inspection services and databases for each customer are designed to manage LOTs, rolls, defects, classification and reports.Confirm synchronization, access and retention. Customer separation does not imply a dedicated physical server.
Central operationsThis area manages device status, accounts, permissions and distribution of approved models, settings and software.Confirm operations, deployment and data access policies. Inspection source records are not continuously replicated into the central management database.

Frequently asked questions

AutoBrics connects inspection, operator review and per-roll reports. Hardware, compatibility, connectivity and data processing scope are explained after reviewing your requirements.

Can it work with our existing equipment?

Share your cameras, inspection equipment, line configuration and required records so we can review compatibility and implementation. Hardware and software scope are confirmed separately.

Is a constant internet connection required?

We are designing inspection separately from server synchronization. During a connection outage, inspection can continue with approved local settings if on-site software, devices and storage are healthy, then synchronize after recovery. Web access, central management and synchronization need connectivity; supported scope is confirmed at deployment.

How do review results support improvements?

Inspection records and operator reviews support material settings and future model improvements. Data use is agreed in writing; changes undergo validation and the agreed rollout procedure.

Which reports and system integrations are available?

Roll records organize defect images, locations and inspection results. The planned architecture distinguishes inspection completion from synchronization completion, generating final reports after required data is synchronized. Criteria, output formats and ERP/MES integration are confirmed at deployment.

How is inspection data handled?

We distinguish service operation, customer-specific configuration/model improvements and optional data contributions. Access, retention and use are agreed in writing; optional contributions have separate participation terms.
