AutoLabs (AutoLabs Inc.) collects and uses personal information as follows.
Items collected: company name, name, job title, email, phone (optional), questionnaire responses Optional material and installation photos are emailed to our team through Resend for consultation; they are not stored in Notion or separate file storage. Photos are retained for one year from collection, and the person responsible deletes the relevant emails at expiry or upon a deletion request.
Purpose: pre-sales analysis, meeting preparation, adoption consultation and related notices

We ask about your region, material, plain or patterned composition, width, speed, equipment, inspection method, defects, goals, line count and contact details. Additional information and financial impact are optional.
What happens after I submit?
Our team reviews your material and line conditions, then suggests a consultation or material review.
How are my answers used?
Responses are used for assessment and consultation, stored in Notion and emailed to our team through Resend. We retain them for one year from collection; on expiry or a deletion request, the person responsible checks and deletes the relevant records.
